We specialise exclusively in styled soft play setups and do not provide bouncy castles or balloon arches.
However, we are happy to offer simple helium balloons as an add-on to complement your chosen collection.
Our soft play is best suited for children aged 1–5 years.
Yes. We start with our neutral soft play base and style it to suit your vision — whether that’s a minimalist, understated look or a beautifully styled themed setup such as Unicorn, Jungle or Dinosaur.
Have something specific in mind? We’d love to discuss your ideas.
Birthday and christening hires are typically for the duration of your event, usually around 4 hours.
Wedding hires are flexible and tailored to your schedule, including setup before guests arrive and discreet breakdown.
Midweek specials have clearly stated hire times.
Supervision is not included as standard. Parents or guardians remain responsible for children at all times.
Our beautifully styled welcome table includes a dressed table with luxury table linen, a welcome sign and coordinating decorative accessories to suit your theme.
As part of the hire, you’ll also receive a complimentary personalised magnetic heart featuring your child’s name, age or chosen wording — a lovely keepsake for your fridge to take home after the event.
Yes. We are fully insured and are happy to liaise directly with venues where required.
Our setup sizes are:
Signature Setup – 5 × 5 metres
Classic Setup – 4 × 3 metres
Petite Setup – 3 × 3 metres
Please ensure the space is clear and suitable prior to booking. If you’re unsure, we’re always happy to advise.
Yes. A deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due prior to your event.
Prices are based on local bookings within 10 miles of Wokingham, Berkshire.
Travel fees may apply outside our standard service area and will always be confirmed in advance.
Absolutely. Packages can be tailored with optional add-ons such as welcome tables, party bags or helium balloons to suit your event.
Our cancellation terms are outlined at the time of booking. Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.
For safety reasons, our soft play is designed for indoor use only.
Many of our pieces are finished in soft leather-style materials, which can become very hot when exposed to direct sunlight. This may pose a risk to children and can also damage the equipment.
An exception may be considered if the setup is inside a fully covered marquee, protected from direct sunlight, heat and rain. Marquee bookings must be discussed and approved in advance to ensure suitability.
Please let us know in advance if there are stairs, lifts, narrow access points or restricted parking. Additional access requirements may affect setup time or availability.
No. Our setups do not require electricity.
We typically require around one hour for setup and approximately one hour for breakdown, depending on the size of the setup and venue access.
Normal wear and tear is expected. However, significant damage caused through misuse may be chargeable.
Yes. Safety is extremely important to us. Our equipment is age-appropriate, made from soft materials, and arranged within a clearly defined play area. Each setup is carefully assembled and checked before use.
Yes. All of our setups include high-quality, impact-absorbing floor mats to create a safe and comfortable play space. We’ve invested in premium mats designed for excellent cushioning, helping to keep play as safe as possible.
Cleanliness is a key part of safety. All equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised before and after every hire to ensure a hygienic play environment.
We also ask that shoes, food and drinks are kept away from the play area at all times.
Wedding bookings require additional planning, venue coordination, flexible timings and an elevated level of styling to complement the day and photography.
This is reflected in our wedding pricing, which is tailored specifically for venue-based celebrations.
