Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

 

A £50 deposit is required to secure party bookings. A £100 deposit is required to secure wedding bookings.

 

Your chosen date is reserved exclusively for your celebration and bookings are confirmed once the deposit has been received.

 

The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event. Failure to pay the remaining balance by this time may result in cancellation of your booking and the deposit will be retained.

 

Dates are secured on a first-come, first-served basis and are only confirmed upon receipt of deposit.

 

 

2. Cancellation

 

Deposits are non-refundable as your date is reserved exclusively for you.

 

If cancellation occurs more than 7 days before the event, the remaining balance will not be required.

 

Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date will be charged in full.

 

In the event of illness, we will always do our best to accommodate a transfer to a new date where possible, subject to availability. Date transfers are offered at our discretion.

 

 

3. Setup & Access

 

Access to the venue or property must be available at the agreed installation and collection times.

 

The setup area must be cleared and ready prior to our arrival. We reserve the right to refuse installation if the space is deemed unsafe, unsuitable or insufficient in size.

 

Any delays caused by restricted access may impact setup time.

 

 

4. Safety & Supervision

 

Supervision is not included unless agreed in writing. Parents or guardians remain responsible for children at all times.

 

Shoes, food and drinks must not be permitted on the soft play area.

 

Our equipment is designed for children aged 1–5 years unless otherwise stated.

 

A risk assessment is available upon request.

 

 

5. Equipment & Damage

 

All equipment remains the property of Little Wonder Company.

 

Normal wear and tear is expected. However, the client accepts responsibility for any loss or damage caused through misuse, negligence or failure to follow guidance. Charges may apply for repair or replacement where necessary.

 

 

6. Outdoor Use

 

Our soft play equipment is intended for indoor use only. Marquee installations must be fully covered and agreed in advance.

 

 

7. Liability

 

While every care is taken during installation and collection, we cannot accept liability for accidents, injuries or damage arising from misuse of equipment or lack of appropriate supervision.
